Ladies, go ahead and mark your calendars — you don’t want to miss this! We’re excited to announce our 2025 Women’s Conference, happening the weekend of September 19–21 at our Grand Prairie Campus. This year’s theme is “Waiting to Exhale,” and it promises to be a powerful time of release, renewal, and restoration.

This transformative weekend is designed to create sacred space for you to let go of the burdens you’ve been carrying and breathe in the peace, purpose, and power of God. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed or simply in need of a spiritual reset, this conference offers a safe place to exhale — spiritually, emotionally, and mentally — alongside a sisterhood of faith-filled women.

Conference Vendor Opportunities Available 

Thank you for supporting the SJC Annual Women’s Conference! We are excited to welcome local businesses and entrepreneurs to be part of this impactful event.

The vendor registration fee is $50 per vendor. Each vendor will be provided with one table and two chairs. Please note that vendors are responsible for bringing their own tablecloths, and access to electrical outlets will not be available.

The conference will take place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, at St. John Church – Grand Prairie Campus, located at 1701 West Jefferson Street, Grand Prairie, TX 75051.

Vendor setup will begin at 6:30 AM and must be completed by 8:00 AM. Tear down will take place immediately following the conclusion of the conference.

An optional lunch will be available for vendors at a cost of $10 per person. Meal options will include Chick-fil-A regular and spicy sandwiches, a cool wrap, and a vegan selection.
